Cloud4Feed is developed and operated by Acsight İş Çözümleri Araştırma ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“Acsight”, “we”), Esentepe Mah. Harman 1 Sok. Nida Kule No: 7-9/23, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under KVKK and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: info@acsight.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers our website, our forms, emails and events, and our business contacts at customers, partners and suppliers.
Data our customers collect through Cloud4Feed
When companies use Cloud4Feed to collect surveys, reviews, calls or chats from their own customers and employees, they are the data controller and we process that data on their behalf as a data processor. Their privacy notice applies. If you gave feedback to a brand that uses Cloud4Feed, please contact that brand; we will help them answer your request.
3. What we collect and how
We collect this data directly from you through forms, email, calls and events; automatically through cookies and similar technologies; and from partners who introduce you to us or from public professional sources.

- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers, under written agreements.
- Partners and resellers, when you ask to be connected with one.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised or sold.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Transfers outside Türkiye
Some of our service providers are located outside Türkiye, for example in the EU or the US. We transfer personal data abroad only on a ground permitted by Article 9 of KVKK: an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority, or, for occasional transfers, the other grounds the law allows. For transfers from the EU, we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another valid mechanism.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and prospect records: up to two years after our last contact.
- Customer and commercial records: for the contract term and the statutory periods that follow it (up to ten years for commercial records).
- Marketing consents: until you withdraw them; consent records are kept for three years after that.
- Cookies: as shown in our Cookie Policy.
After that, we delete, destroy or anonymise the data in line with our retention and destruction policy.
8. How we protect it
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls based on role, and confidentiality obligations for our staff and providers.
9. Your rights
Under KVKK (Article 11)
You can ask us whether we process your personal data and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad it is transferred to; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for it to be erased or destroyed under Article 7; ask that third parties be told of these corrections or erasures; object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
Under the GDPR
Where the GDPR applies, you can also ask for restriction and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to your local supervisory authority.
How to apply
Send your request in writing to our address above, or by email to info@acsight.com from the email address you have shared with us. We reply within 30 days, free of charge unless the request involves a cost. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; we will tell customers about significant changes.
