1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of cloud4feed.com (the “Site”), operated by Acsight İş Çözümleri Araştırma ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“Acsight”, “we”). By using the Site, you accept them. Use of the Cloud4Feed platform is governed by the agreement signed with us; if that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
2. Using the Site
Use the Site lawfully and for its intended purpose. Don't try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt or overload the Site, introduce malicious code, or collect its content by automated means beyond normal search-engine indexing.
3. Our content
The Site's content, including text, design, guides, reports, graphics and the Cloud4Feed name and logo, belongs to Acsight or its licensors. You may view, download and share it for your own internal business use. Short quotes with attribution are welcome; any other reproduction needs our written permission. Customer and partner logos belong to their owners.
4. Information on the Site
The Site gives general information. Product screens, examples and figures are illustrative, and features may change. Nothing on the Site is professional advice or a binding offer; commercial terms apply only when set out in a signed agreement.
5. Platform accounts
If you log in to the Cloud4Feed platform, keep your credentials confidential. Your use of the platform is governed by your organisation's agreement with us.
6. What you send us
Information you send through our forms should be accurate, and you should be entitled to share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
7. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.
8. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
